Veteran VR developer Archiact has announced that its new VR title, Journey to Foundation, will be coming to PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest 2, and Pico 4 on October 26. Archiact, known for their work on DOOM 3: VR Edition, MARVEL: Dimension of Heroes, and their original IPs, FREEDIVER: Triton Down and Evasion, have created Journey to Foundation from the ground up exclusively for VR. Based on the best-selling Foundation book series by Isaac Asimov, players will be able to immerse themselves in this epic universe.
Originally published in 1951, Isaac Asimov’s Foundation has been published in 32 countries as well as major languages and has sold more than 20 million copies worldwide. The Foundation trilogy is revered internationally and, in 1966, the series received the Hugo Award for “Best All-Time Novel Series.”
