ASUS ROG Launches Strix XG27UCS and XG27ACS Gaming Monitors

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has introduced two new additions to their gaming monitor lineup, the Strix XG27UCS and XG27ACS. Designed for mainstream gamers seeking superior performance and visuals, these monitors come equipped with features tailored for immersive gaming experiences.

The Strix XG27UCS offers 4K resolution at a 160 Hz refresh rate, while the XG27ACS provides 1440p resolution at a 180 Hz refresh rate. Both models boast a superfast 1 ms gray-to-gray response time, ensuring smooth and responsive gameplay.

They are also NVIDIA® G-SYNC®-compatible, supporting default variable refresh rate (VRR) to prevent screen tearing during intense gaming sessions.

Highlighting their visual capabilities, these monitors come with High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology and cover a wide DCI-P3 colour gamut, meeting the DisplayHDR™ 400 certification requirements. This ensures vibrant colours and deeper contrast, enhancing the overall visual quality.

Designed with convenience in mind, the new stand features a compact footprint and includes a groove for holding mobile devices, allowing gamers to keep their smartphones within easy reach.

The monitors also provide extensive connectivity options, including DisplayPort™ 1.4, HDMI® 2.0, and USB Type-C® with DisplayPort Alt mode, catering to a wide range of devices from PCs to gaming consoles.

    Availability

The XG27ACS is already available for purchase at a starting price of US$269, while the XG27UCS is set to retail at US$449. For those in Malaysia, the XG27ACS is available now on ROG’s Shopee and Lazada online stores for RM 1,699
