    DAUNTLESS SURPASSES 6 MILLION PLAYER MARK IN UNDER A WEEK

    Phoenix Labs has announced that Dauntless, the recently released free-to-play co-op action RPG, has surpassed 6 million players within its first week – doubling its player count since the PC Open Beta.

    The developer further adds that they are working tirelessly to expand player capacity, improve connectivity, optimize queue loads and iterate on player feedback.

    Dauntless hit several milestones in its first week. Players worldwide logged over 20 million hunts, surpassing 15 million hours played while 60% of hunting parties consisted of cross-platform players. Together, the Slayers have defeated over 13 million Behemoths.

    Some stats the developer shared;

    One for all.

    Dauntless launched May 21 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the Epic Games store with true cross-play and cross-progression support. “One Dauntless,” the cross-play and cross-progression vision Phoenix Labs set forth to achieve at launch, is a first for the games industry.

    Dauntless is now available for free on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Epic Games Store. For PlayStation 4 users, you may need an R1 (North America Account) to download the game for free.
