Based on a playground game of tag, one person will be a “ghost” character while the others will be runners. Within 3 minutes, the ghost player will have to chase and catch all 3 runners, placing them in jail together. Certain ghost characters seem to be able to jump on top of trees to ambush other player or go through walls to surprise them. However, runner’s are able to set up some sort of a light-based trap to stun the ghosts, allowing time to escape or free the other players.
