Developer Spiders and publisher Nacon confirms the delay of Steelrising to September 8th, 2022 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. Taking place in Paris during the french revolution of 1789, play as an automaton Aegis in this action-oriented RPG that has functions of improving attributes, weapons switching, and skills while fighting other automaton enemies along the way.
In combat, here we can see fan slicing and be used to form a shield against enemy attacks. World-level design is discussed as not an open world with multiple paths and choices to get stronger alternatively if the bosses are too tough in a specific path. The video below shows dashing and grappling as some of the alternatives mean traversing the environment.
