Retro shooter, Exophobia comes to consoles and PC this October 5th

PM Studios announces retro-inspired fast-paced shooter Exophobia to be coming to PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on October 5th.

Game details with added info shared on Steam:

In the brutally old-school pixel FPS Exophobia, players find themselves on an abandoned spaceship filled to the brim with unforgiving hordes of aliens. It’s a fight to the finish in this retro-inspired fast-paced shooter that comes complete with secret areas to discover and weapons to upgrade. Plus there’s ziplines that you’ll see in the trailer below.

    KILL

FPS action where fast reflexes and clever positioning are vital. Learn enemy behaviour and use all your movement options and your surroundings to eliminate diverse groups of alien armies as fast as possible or before they kill you.

    EXPLORE

Discover a labyrinthine spaceship with multiple floors and uncover the past events that led to this high-stakes moment. Get lost in hostile environments and traps while doing your best to survive. Be curious enough and you might find some secrets that will make you stronger.

    UPGRADE

If you find a specialized room, you can improve your weapon with a new ability. These drastically change your combat tactics and will be used to open up previously inaccessible areas in the spaceship required to progress.

    DIE

Ruthless difficulty with diverse combat situations with different enemy types and attack patterns, including menacing bosses. When you die, you respawn in the last visited checkpoint in the spaceship, so beware of what you might find in the next room.

    PUN TART
He is actually very shy, introvert but no choice, have to go out to buy games. He likes food and food likes him. He somehow manage to find a job with the right time accommodate to gaming. He has a very short attention span, therefore has to finish a game fast or else a simple pun can distract him for the entire day. Yes a Pun, he loves puns as much as he loves games; easily distracted, whichever comes next.
