The Pokémon Company has announced that the mobile version of Pokémon UNITE will be released on Wednesday, 22 September. You can now pre-order/pre-register for Pokémon Unite in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The game is free to play with in-game purchases and cross-play will also be available among mobile and Nintendo Switch players. The game does require an internet connection but does not require the player to need a Nintendo Switch Online membership. Logging into the game using your Nintendo Account or the Pokémon Trainer Club will allow your saved data to be accessible on any device.

Pre-registration is now available and there is a Pokémon UNITE Mobile Version Pre-Registration Campaign. Players will be able to receive gifts based on the number of pre-registration.

The gifts get better and better as the number of pre-registrations grows (in all regions where the game is available).
If the total pre-registrations exceed 1 million, players will receive Aeos tickets, which can be exchanged for in-game items.
If the total pre-registrations hit 2.5 million, players will receive the Unite license for Pikachu. Players who already have the Unite license for Pikachu will receive Aeos coins instead.
Finally, if the total pre-registrations surpass 5 million, players will receive a special Holowear for Pikachu called Festival Style! Help bring a fun festival atmosphere to Pokémon UNITE with Festival Style: Pikachu!
All players who play the mobile version of Pokémon UNITE by Sunday, October 31, 2021, 14:59 UTC will be able to claim these pre-registration campaign gifts.
With the planned release date for the mobile version set, Pokémon UNITE is becoming more and more of a hot topic! Many new Pokémon are planned to join the fray in the future.
