After his first debut reveal, Atlus has revealed more of Zenkichi Hasegawa’s character (voice actor: Shinichiro Miki) for Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers, revealing his transformation, persona, and motivations.

The trailer introduces Zenkichi Hasegawa as an assistant police inspector whose serious tone brings out more comedic moments when he encounters and accompanies the phantom thieves. Based on the fan’s website, his Persona Valjean abilities involve the use of Almighty as well as Gun skills and originates from Victor Hugo’s 1862 novel Les Misérables.
