Square Enix has a lot of great games like Tomb Raider and the upcoming Hitman 2. But they still would like to remind everybody that Final Fantasy XV is still alive. The latest revelation in a live stream during the Tokyo Game Show is a collaboration content with 3 other games.
[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-H_JymOZJNQ[/embedyt]The first crossover is with Hironobu Sakaguchi’s upcoming mobile game Terra Wars. There will be a new storyline added featuring Sara from the Terra series. The second crossover is with another mobile game named DJ Nobunage. Certain cosmetic items will be available from the DJ Nobunage crossover.
Last but not least is a crossover with Square Enix recent game, Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Players who want to bring the Tomb Raider vibe to Final Fantasy XV will have a chance with Theme Costumes and music to listen to on your Regalia Radio. Just don’t put your hopes up for a 32-bit Lara Croft model.
These content will come on 25 September 2018, which is very soon.
There was also a brief mention of the next standalone expansion named Comrades but there was no new release date since it has been delayed. There is also the upcoming story DLC for Aranea, Lenafreya and, Noctis which is planned to be released somewhere next year.
Final Fantasy XV is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
