Developer Tindalos Interactive with publisher Focus Entertainment has announced Aliens: Dark Descent, a single-player squad-based action game in the iconic Aliens franchise during the Summer Game Fest 2022 show.
The game lets you take control of a squad of Colonial Marines as they try to stop a Xenomorph outbreak on Moon Lethe. The game features real-time combat against the iconic Xenomorphs rogue operatives from the insatiable Weyland-Yutani Corporation and a host of horrifying creatures new to the Alien franchise.
You can customize your squad with a selection of different classes with a levelling system and specialize your soldier with unique abilities as you go on missions in this dangerous territory. An arsenal of weapons, armour and perks are available with the ability to research new tech and upgrade your squad at your home base.
Aliens: Dark Descent is slated for a 2023 release.
