Publisher Deep Silver and developer inXile Entertainment share a new developer diary about Wasteland 3 focusing on player choices that change the world around them and have NPC’s such as the paperboy yelling about the player’s impact to the world.

You may even shoot a quest giver with people’s reactions to that. Later on, giving players even more difficult choices and potentially feeling bad about it. Remember that the world is always watching you.
