Unveiled – PC Requirement For Homeworld 3

Gearbox Publishing and Blackbird Interactive have announced the system requirements for Homeworld 3, set for release in 2024.

The game is the latest addition to the award-winning sci-fi RTS series. Blackbird Interactive is focusing on optimizing the game to ensure that players with a wide range of PC configurations can enjoy the full scope of Homeworld 3’s fidelity and immersive gameplay.

Homeworld 3 aims to cater to a diverse set of hardware. Those with the latest graphics cards and processors will have the option to play the game in 4K with maximum settings.

Meanwhile, those with older hardware will still be able to experience the game’s signature 3D strategy elements, dynamic space battles, and impressive visuals.

The game will also incorporate the latest in graphics technology. For players with compatible graphics cards, Homeworld 3 will support HDR and Ray Tracing, which enhances shadow quality.

Additionally, the game will be compatible with various technological advancements from major graphics card manufacturers:

    • AMD: The game will support AMD FidelityFX™ Super Resolution 2, compatible with select AMD, NVIDIA, and Intel graphics cards.
    • NVIDIA: Homeworld 3 will feature support for NVIDIA DLSS3 and Frame Generation for compatible NVIDIA graphics cards.
    • Intel: The game will also be compatible with Intel’s ARC series of graphics cards.

These features indicate a commitment to delivering a high-quality gaming experience across a range of systems.

Homeworld 3 is set for release in February 2024 on PC. Wishlist available now on Steam and Epic Games Store
