Almost a month after announcing that The Last of Us 2 and Marvel’s Iron Man VR are delayed indefinitely due to logistic challenges during the Covid-19 outbreak, Sony has now confirmed on its PlayStation Blog that The Last of Us 2 and Ghost of Tsushima will be launching this June 19 and July 17 respectively.
The brief announcement came one day after some contents of TLOU 2 were found circulating on the internet due to suspected leak, leading fans to tease that Sony might have had their hands forced in announcing the new release date.
Though whether or not the announcement was part of a damage control exercise, many fans including us here at BunnyGaming are still excited to welcome The Last of Us 2 when it comes this June 19, and to greet Ghost of Tsushima one month later on July 17.
