The Witcher Official Cookbook Is Available Now – Both Hardback & eBook

CD PROJEKT RED, in a unique collaboration with Nerds’ Kitchen Creations and Penguin Random House, has expanded the universe of The Witcher with the release of The Official Witcher Cookbook. This culinary guide is now available in both hardback and ebook formats.

Anita Sarna and Karolina Krupecka, renowned for their work on the Nerds’ Kitchen and Witcher Kitchen blogs, are the authors behind this 256-page cookbook. It offers readers a chance to delve into 80 recipes, each inspired by the rich and diverse world of The Witcher series by CD PROJEKT RED and Andrzej Sapkowski’s original saga.

The book also features a foreword by Sapkowski himself, further bridging the gap between the fictional world of The Witcher and our own.

The Witcher Official Cookbook, officially titled “The Witcher Official Cookbook: Provisions, Fare, and Culinary Tales From Travels Around the Continent,” is more than just a collection of recipes. It’s a narrative journey, inviting readers to explore the varied landscapes and cultures that protagonist Geralt of Rivia encounters in his travels.

The book does this through a fictional narrator, who guides readers through the regional cuisines of The Witcher’s world—from the robust dishes of Skellige to the more refined tastes of Toussaint.

The writers, Sarna and Krupecka, have a history of translating pop culture into culinary experiences, with previous projects including Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and Cyberpunk 2077. Their expertise in this niche shines through in The Witcher Cookbook, where the fusion of fantasy and food creates an immersive experience.

Released on November 21st, The Official Witcher Cookbook is now available for purchase through Penguin Random House, both online and at major book retailers.

The hardback is selling for $35 on the official website. But you can get it cheaper on Amazon for $28.77, or the ebook on Kindle for $15.67
