Director Shigeru Ohmori from Game Freak shows off more scenes for the upcoming game of Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, with a video presentation of the Galar Region. Players will find themselves in the different but recognizable looking Pokemon research labs, boutiques, using flying taxi services with the Galarian Pokemon Corviknight ferrying passengers and train services.

Pokémon HOME is a new cloud-based service that allows you to transfer Pokemon from all current Pokemon games such as Pokemon Go into Sword and Shield. The image before shows players the list of Pokemon games that they are able to upload onto Pokemon Home.
No Support of Pokémon Global Link Website
Supporting players since Generation V, the online service used for battling, ranking and online competitions by many players Pokemon Global Link is unfortunately not being supported by Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield and instead looks to be replaced by Pokemon Home (releasing in early 2020 for iOS and Android).
