New PS5 games, accessories and platform features coming in 2023

PlayStation is humbled by the support of the PS5 community and is passionate about rowing the best lineup of PlayStation games to deliver. Last week, players stepped into the world of Athia in Square Enix’s spellbinding new PS5 exclusive, Forspoken. With more anticipated games coming this year like Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Final Fantasy XVI, Hogwarts Legacy, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Resident Evil 4: Remake and Street Fighter 6, as well as upcoming expansions like Destiny 2: Lightfall and Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores, 2023 is shaping up to be an amazing year for PS5 players.

Beyond new games, they will also be expanding the PS5 console experience with all-new accessories like the recently released DualSense Edge wireless controller. On 22 February, PlayStation will celebrate the beginning of a new VR gaming generation with the launch of the PlayStation VR2 which features more than 30 games in the launch windows such as Horizon Call of the Mountain, Gran Turismo 7 and Resident Evil Village.

PlayStation would like to thank everyone in the community again for their continued passion and support and are excited for what’s ahead this year and beyond.
