    Raccoon City Collaboration
Event Quest — RE: Return of the Bioweapon
Obtain S.T.A.R.S. Badges to look like Leon or Claire!
Create the unique full armor sets “Leon α+” and “Claire α+” and more!
    Available: Friday, November 8, 2019, 0:00 (UTC) — Thursday, December 5, 2019, 23:59 (UTC)
    Conditions: MR 20 or higher
    Locale: Rotten Vale
Objective: Slay a Blackveil Vaal Hazak

Features of Event Quest — RE: Return of the Bioweapon
Unique to this event quest, effluvium-tainted attacks will not result in effluvial buildup but instead will result in a new “zombified” status effect.
(The skill Effluvia Resistance has no effect during this quest.)

You can cure yourself of the zombified status by making use of “green herbs”, a special quest item that you can gather during the quest. And if you find the rarer “red herb”, you can combine them with a green herb to craft an item with an even stronger effect. Collect as much as you can of both to prepare yourself against zombification!

    Zombified Status
The zombified status effect limits your mobility and nullifies regular healing effects, but it also makes you recover health automatically! Keep in mind that this health recovery is slower when your weapon is drawn.
While zombified, you’ll also have unique zombie-like movement and damage reactions will be negated. Take advantage of its unique traits and you might even be able to use the zombie status to your advantage!

    Raccoon City Collaboration — Rewards
    Gestures (2 Types)
    Raccoon City: Zombify
This gesture allows you to “zombify” yourself at the drop of a hat! Unlike other gestures, it puts you into a “zombified” gesture state that allows you to move around freely. However, zombification from this gesture does not carry the benefits of the actual status effect, such as damage reaction nullification and automatic health recovery. Once you’ve used the “Raccoon City: Zombify” gesture, its name will be replaced with “Raccoon City: Un-zombify”, which will turn you back to normal.
(Performing a dodge roll while out on a quest will also turn you back to normal.)

    Raccoon City: Zombie Bite
This gesture makes your character lunge forward to bite like a zombie. If some unlucky monster happens to be in the way of your hungry maw, it’ll even take some (slight) damage! You can perform this gesture at any time, but it loses some strength if you’re not zombified.

    Full Armor Sets (2 Types)
Complete the event quest to obtain S.T.A.R.S. Badges, which will allow you to create the full armor sets “Leon α+” and “Claire α+”. These armour sets also feature the “Zombie & Effluvia Res” skill, which negates zombification and effluvial buildup!

    Pendants (3 Types)

    – R.P.D. — A pendant modelled after the Raccoon City Police badge!
    – Umbrella — A pendant modelled after the Umbrella Corporation’s logo!
    – The Tofu Survivor — A pendant that talks when you draw your weapon in certain situations!

Seek "quality" and "perfection" when gaming, no matter what class/heroes he use, will master it and always and always will be in front line of battle which lead to 2 outcome: alive (showing off how great he is), dead (noob that why, laugh by team mates) every heroes/item/weapons he use eventually become memes or nerf by developers. (mercy, hanzo) happy go lucky and freedom is all he seek.
