You play as a detective now

Play as Kaname Date as you investigate and unravel mysteries of an elusive serial killer in this sci-fi murder mystery in the first-person perspective.

You are able to talk to townfolks around the crime scene while examining your surroundings. Date will be equipped with a cybernetic eyeball named Aiba which in japanese referred to as a partner. The eye allows the user to enter into an alternate dimension to further deep dive into more dark secrets, piecing the evidence and abstract thoughts from NPC characters.

With Aiba, you may enter into the deformed version of the crime scene from a 3rd person perspective this time around and limited timeframe to interact, and investigate in this dimension. Thus, offering branching paths as you move along the decision making and action.

Uchikoshi said, “What I had in mind is that I wanted to make this for adventure game fans around the world, including investigations into a separate dream world”.

This game may have drawn inspiration from other games such as “Heavy Rain”, Walking Dead and The Silver Case from “Suda 51”.

The game will be opening the case on July 25, 2019, for Steam PC, PlayStation and Switch.
