My buddy got me into it – Whenever I’m on the road, and I can’t play, I’m always missing it. I’ve got probably about 400 hours on it.

When discussing what it is about Hunt that attracted him to the game, Post continued:
I love how it’s based and grounded in reality. Very quick time to kill, you can body somebody in one shot. The guns are so sick. The skins are so sick. And I was like alright, I’m gonna give this a go. And then I used necro for the first time and I was like – this is the best game!
In a truly original, first-of-its-kind partnership, Post Malone teases how players can join him for an all-new Hunt experience coming soon.
During the Q&A session, fans can take an intimate look into Post Malone’s gameplay style. The artist discusses his approach to the game’s high-stakes extraction shooter combat, and shares personal strategies and memorable moments from his time in the Louisiana bayou and in the new Colorado map, Mammon’s Gulch.

About Hunt: Showdown 1896
‘Hunt: Showdown 1896’ is the new era of the competitive first-person bounty hunting game, packing the thrill of survival and the reward of profit into a horror match-based format. Set in Colorado in 1896, the game boasts a mixture of PvP and PvE elements that create a uniquely tense experience.
It’s not just the monsters who are a threat—it’s every Hunter on the map. In the classic Bounty Hunt game mode, a match pits 12 players—playing solo or in teams of two or three—against each other as they race to take out gruesome creatures for a Bounty they must collect and extract from the map.
Hunt’s Soul Survivor mode offers a shorter match for solo players to scavenge for weapons as they compete for a diminishing pool of Bounty. The higher the risk, the higher the reward–but a single mistake could cost you everything.
‘Hunt: Showdown 1896’ is out now on PC, PlayStation 5 and Series X|S
