    Goblinz Studio announces new games at the Gamescom Awesome Indies

    Publisher and indie developer Goblinz Studio unveiled brand new trailers for five of its upcoming titles, including two major announcements. Sandwalkers and Oaken were announced during the Gamescom Awesome Indies event, alongside an all-new gameplay trailer for Diluvian Winds. Terraformers also offer a trailer with a playable demo, while Defend The Rook also has the right to a trial version.

    Sandwalkers – Date TBA (PC, Switch)

    Developed and published by Goblinz Studio, Sandwalkers is a turn-based exploration roguelike where you assemble and guide a caravan of adventurers through ever-changing, changing landscapes. plagued by veritable meteorological chaos. These desperate pioneers will have to brave all dangers to appropriate land at the mercy of monsters and pirates, in order to establish a new city of refuge for their people.

    Oaken – Date TBA (PC, Switch)

    Developed by Laki Studio, Oaken is a turn-based roguelike that offers an advanced card deck management system and highly tactical combat, on a grid divided into hexagons. Players must explore this mystical world inhabited by spirits to recover and upgrade powerful powers, artifacts, and allies to restore the Oak’s Song. Every trip is different with dozens of levels, maps and events to discover!

    Diluvian Winds – Date TBA (PC, Switch)

    Developed by Alambik Studio, Diluvian Winds is a 2D semi-real time narrative management game in which humanity is forced into exile following the rising waters. The player embodies a Guardian who, refusing to leave his lighthouse, sees the mass exodus unfold before his eyes. To survive, players will have to choose whether or not to host travellers who need their help.

    Terraformers – Date TBA (PC, Switch)

    Developed by Asteroid Lab, Terraformers is a game of colony building and resource management. Explore the red planet, develop spectacular cities, bring life and terraform the planet to bend it to your greatest plans. The studio hopes its game will inspire humanity to come out of its shackles and become an interplanetary species.

    Defend The Rook – Release date TBA (PC, Switch)

    Developed by One Up Plus, Defend the Rook offers tactical board game style combats combined with tower defense elements. Players must face many different situations, between building towers and relentless waves of enemies, to survive the invader and save their lands.
