EVERSPACE 2 Kickstarter campaign with first demo version starts on 02 October 2019

After ROCKFISH Games announced its new open-world space shooter EVERSPACE 2 for PC and consoles at Gamescom: Opening Night Live, the independent German developer has announced the postponement of the Kickstarter campaign to October 02, 2019. Early Access of EVERSPACE 2 on Steam is currently planned for the end of 2020, with the full version for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One scheduled for release in the second half of 2021.

“At Gamescom and Pax West, over 1500 space game fans played the EVERSPACE 2 demo and were all enthusiastic about it. That’s why we decided to exhibit at the Tokyo Game Show at the German Pavilion at short notice, too,”
“We will then incorporate the feedback into the finalization of the reward tiers and stretch goals of the Kickstarter campaign. In addition, we want to polish the demo a bit more and add graphic options to support a wide range of gaming PCs, so that our backers can get into exciting space battles later this year.”
Michael Schade, CEO of ROCKFISH Games

The story of EVERSPACE 2 will continue after the events of its successful predecessor. The game will offer not only even more immersive gameplay, but also a visually impressive open-world gaming experience. The Kickstarter campaign is now scheduled from 02 October to 04 November 2019. The demo version of EVERSPACE 2 for eligible backers will be available via Steam shortly after the campaign has ended.
