ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced that its gaming handheld, ROG Ally, will now be available with an AMD Ryzen Z1 processor. This will add a variant to the ROG Ally lineup. Besides its processor, the AMD-equipped ROG Ally shares the same chassis, screen, storage, and cooling system as the more powerful Z1 Extreme ROG Ally.

ROG Ally gaming handheld with the AMD Ryzen Z1 processor will be available soon in Malaysia, exclusively via a Malaysian telco. An announcement for the device bundle from the telco will be made soon.
