A promising co-op RPG beat ’em up – Young Souls launches first for Stadia in 2021, followed by PC

Publisher The Arcade Crew and developer 1P2P recently revealed Young Souls, the RPG co-op beat em’ up following a pair of misfits through an engrossing narrative as they fight across realms to save their loved one, will arrive first on Stadia ahead of a later release on PC via Steam.

    Flavorful beat em up

The trailer dives into the beautiful world of Young Souls, joining orphans Jenn and Tristan as their menial, everyday routines are upended by the disappearance of their scholarly guardian. After discovering an inexplicable portal in the professor’s estate, Jenn and Tristan dive headfirst into the unknown, braving battles through surreal worlds to save the only one dear to them. Jump into Young Souls’ charming universe and snappy beast-slaying combat.

Young Souls’ day and night cycle see Jenn and Tristan roaming their quaint town during the day in preparation for all-night fights through loot-stuffed dungeons. Efficiently spent days can grant an upper hand during evenings, and exploring the duo’s quiet neighborhood enriches Young Souls’ touching tale of saving their lone loved one along with the wider world. Heartstrong heroes eager to charge into their first fight should be sure to add Young Souls to their Steam wishlist.
