- The latest Samsung Galaxy A-series is here, this time with three new models, the A33, A53, and A73. All of the new A-series phones comes with 5G and each built for a different type of user and budget.
We got the chance to take the new Galaxy A73 5G, the mightiest of the latest A-Series and put it through it’s paces and what better way to start it with the unboxing. Let’s get to it so you have a better idea of what you can expect right out of the box if you’re planning or thinking of getting one.
What’s In The Box?
The Galaxy A73 comes accompanied by a charging cable and a SIM ejecting pin. This is pretty much the standard these days as Samsung no longer provides a power brick for charging. But if you have an old charger capable of 25W charging, you can still use it for the A73 5G.
Price and Colours
In Malaysia, the A73 5G would set you back RM 2,099 for the 8GB | 256GB model as it is only available in this one variant spec wise.
We got the White one but the phone is available in 3 colours;
- Awesome Mint
- Awesome Gray
- Awesome White

Looking Forward
On paper, the A73 5G does look very attractive, with the camera department being the star attraction here along with its 5,000mAh battery life. However, I fully expect more to be revealed about this phone especially with regular daily usage as well pushing it as far as it can go in photography, creative multitasks as well as the gaming side of it.
