[CES 2024] Alienware Unveils Two New QD-OLED Gaming Monitors

At CES 2024, Alienware has expanded its legacy in display innovation with the introduction of two new cutting-edge QD-OLED gaming monitors: the Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3225QF) and the Alienware 27 360Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW2725DF).

These additions build on the success of Alienware’s QD-OLED family, first unveiled at CES 2022, and are designed to cater to various gaming needs, whether it’s for high-speed action or visually immersive experiences.

Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3225QF): This monitor is a 2024 CES Innovation Award Honoree, featuring a 4K curved QD-OLED panel with Dolby Vision® HDR, offering incredible colour and contrast, along with a peak luminance of up to 1000nits.

It has a 240Hz native refresh rate, 0.03ms grey-to-grey response time, Dolby Vision® HDR, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, making it ideal for both gaming and content creation. The AW3225QF also supports NVIDIA G-SYNC and VESA AdaptiveSync for smooth gameplay and is compatible with next-generation game consoles, achieving 120Hz performance at 4K resolution.

Alienware 27 360Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW2725DF): Another 2024 CES Innovation Award Honoree, the AW2725DF combines speed and colour performance in a QHD resolution monitor. It offers up to 360Hz native refresh rate and a 0.03ms grey-to-grey response time, suited for competitive gaming and streaming.

It also features AMD FreeSync™ Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync technology, alongside a 360-degree cooling vent design for extended gaming sessions.

    Both monitors boast impressive specs:

    • Infinite contrast ratio for incredible colour detail.
    • Coverage of 99% and 99.3% of DCI-P3 gamut, respectively.
    • Delta E < 2 color accuracy.
    • Dell’s ComfortView Plus for reduced blue light emission.
    • A 3-year limited OLED burn-in hardware warranty.

In line with Alienware’s commitment to sustainability, these monitors are packaged in recycled cardboard boxes and are made from 85% PCR plastic and 100% recycled aluminium stands.

The Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3225QF) is priced at RM3,799 and will be available in early February 2024, while the Alienware 27 360Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW2725DF) will be priced at RM 4,799 and available around the same time.
