Blacklist International are the champions of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang World Championship (M3)! Held offline at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, the tournament featured 16 international teams vying for a combined prize pool of USD 800,000 and smashed viewership records on Day 5 of the Playoffs with a whooping 3,184,932 peak concurrent viewers.
Over 170 live audiences witnessed the epic clash between Blacklist International and runner-up ONIC PH in a best-of-seven (BO7) match. “We would like to thank our supporters for cheering us on. Hearing the roar of a live audience has given us the energy and boost we need,” stated Kristoffer “BON CHAN” Ricaplaza, Blacklist International. The team will also be donating a portion of their proceeds to those affected by Typhoon Rai (Odette).
In its third iteration, M3 saw new regions – such as the Middle East, North America, LATAM, and Turkey – compete for the coveted title. The participating teams were first seeded into four different groups, that converged into lower and upper brackets. The M3 Pass will still be available till 2 January 2022, where players can earn the M3 Battle Emote, M3 Avatar Border, M3 Roger Emote, M3 Glorious Arrival, Return Special Effects, and the Roger M3 Exclusive Skin “Phantom Ranger” by completing daily and weekly tasks.
