Azeroth’s Champions will once again face the fallen blood elf prince Kael’thas Sunstrider, who’s formed a new alliance with the Burning Legion to carry out the nefarious plot of consuming the power of the Sunwell for a demon summoning ritual.
Fury of the Sunwell is now live as the final major content update for Burning Crusade Classic and with it comes a slew of features for players to enjoy, including:
- New Zone & Faction: Isle of Quel’Danas – Players will have a new daily quest hub that will offer additional quests over time and award reputation for a new faction, the Shattered Sun Offensive.
- New Dungeon: Magister’s Terrace – Take on the forces of Kael’thas and the Legion to prepare for the final battle.
- New Raid: Sunwell Plateau – A new 25-person raid where players must battle their way to the Sunwell itself to prevent the summoning of Kil’jaeden, the leader of the Burning Legion’s campaign on Azeroth. One change for players will be the removal of attunements for the last three bosses!
- PVP Season 4 – PVP players can battle and earn their way to the Brutal Gladiator gear set with reduced costs for previous Season 3 and Season 2 sets.
