Windblown Single Player Demo Available Now In Steam Next Fest

Motion Twin, the independent French developer known for the smash-hit rogue-lite Dead Cells, announced the free, limited-time single-player demo for Windblown is available now as part of Steam Next Fest ahead of the game’s Early Access launch on Oct. 24th, 2024.

Players can take their first steps into the world of Windblown starting now, dashing through the first biome’s vast, floating islands in the sky, unlocking new Memories to create powerful and chaotic builds, and destroying the Sentinels that cross their path.

The new demo gives a glimpse of some of the action awaiting players ahead of Windblown’s Early Access release later this month, which will feature additional biomes, more weapons and gear, and more challenging bosses, and also allows for up to 3-player co-operative online play.

The limited-time Steam Next Fest demo is available now through Monday, Oct. 24, 2024*.

Players who try out the demo will also unlock an exclusive Guinea Pig skin for their character in the Early Access release, befitting their role as an early tester of the game’s countless challenges ahead.

Additionally, progress made within the demo will carry over into the Early Access release upon launch, allowing players to jump-start their exploration within the Vortex and its many challenges within.

The limited-time single player demo of Windblown is available on Steam now through to the game’s Early Access release on Oct. 24, 2024. For more information, visit www.windblown.game.
