Developer Today’s Games invites players to explore the haunting, post-human world of ReSetna ahead of its January 31st release with the launch of an updated demo and a new gameplay trailer.
Now available on Steam, the updated demo introduces a new gameplay zone Acidia, one of the game‘s seven intricately designed zones. Players will navigate the toxic wastelands of Acidia, meet ReSetna’s loyal drone companion IXA, experiment with the game’s unique Tetris-inspired chip upgrade system, and face off Cerpiant S/N 1894, a corrupted AI and one of the game’s early bosses.
For players, Cerpiant offers a thrilling and strategic boss fight with its unpredictable attacks and relentless pursuit. It uses the liquid as both a shield and a weapon, lurking in hidden areas and luring prey into its lair, giving them a false sense of safety before striking.
New official gameplay trailer showcases ReSetna’s action-packed gameplay, cryptic storytelling, and haunting soundtrack that blends synthetic and organic elements and immerses players in the eerie atmosphere of the game’s decaying, post-organic world.
ReSetna will launch on January 31st, 2025, for Steam and Nintendo Switch, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S releases slated for Q1 2025.
