Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Mirage Original Game Soundtrack, by producer and composer Brendan Angelides (Billions, 13 Reasons Why, Elysium) is out now and available everywhere.
Brendan infuses his signature electronic artistry into the newest addition to Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed franchise, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, set in ninth-century Baghdad. Brendan brings a fresh sonic perspective to the game and collaborated with musicians deeply connected to the region and its culture, such as Tunisian artist Emel Mathlouthi, Iraqi-born Jordanian violinist and Artistic Director for the New York Arabic Orchestra Layth Sidiq, and Palestinian composer and orchestrator Akram Haddad. Brendan’s music for Mirage promises to transport players into a world where history, culture, and gameplay merge seamlessly. Today’s soundtrack follows the release of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which is now available on PS4, PS5, XBOX ONE, XBOX SERIES X|S, and PC.
The Mirage score captures a story of transformation by blending old world instrumentation with new world tech. Musicians from Iraq, Egypt, Palestine, Israel and Tunisia were blended with electronics throughout the OST and are featured alongside The New York Arabic Orchestra. Capturing the thriving cultural center of Baghdad, feeling the sand, the dunes and the ever-present danger associated with AC were all elements woven into the music.

ABOUT ASSASSIN’S CREED MIRAGE
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is set in 9th-century Baghdad and stars Basim Ibn Ishaq, a “cunning street thief with nightmarish visions” and eventual Master Assassin. Following an act of deadly retribution, Basim flees Baghdad and joins an ancient organization called The Hidden Ones. As he learns more about their mysterious rituals and powerful tenets, he begins to hone his own unique abilities and understand a new Creed — one that will change his fate in ways he never could have imagined. Basim first appeared in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla as a major supporting character.
