Bandai Namco Entertainment is pleased to announce that new characters will be available as an additional DLC for ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4, the latest title in the ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS series. A new trailer has been released as well, showcasing the contents of the additional DLC. Check out the trailer below.
Character Pass #2 Available Now
Character Pass 2, a set of 9 playable characters from the additional DLC “Character Pack” #4 to #6, is now available for purchase.
New characters have been partially revealed, with the first unveiling featuring Luffy from the Onigashima Battle. Luffy from the Onigashima Battle, who will be part of Character Pack #4 – The Battle of Onigashima Pack – enables players to unlock his Gear Five form when using his special moves.
Character Pack #4 will be available for purchase in September! Please stay tuned for more information coming about the releases of Character Pack #5 and #6.
*The DLC 4 characters are to be released in September 2023. Until then, only the bonus item will be available for Character Pass 2 purchases.
Character Pass 2 Purchase Bonus Revealed
Onigashima Battle Law Costume – who appeared in the Wano Country Arc – will also be available as a purchase bonus for Character Pass 2. This bonus can be used right after purchasing the Character Pass 2.

What is ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 about?
A collaboration between the successful “Warriors” series of video games and the ONE PIECE franchise, the ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS series has sold more than eight million copies worldwide* since its first title released in 2012. ONE PIECE Musou Action
Based on the concept of creating a “realistic ONE PIECE battlefield experience,” this title pursues the “ONE PIECE battlefield experience,” featuring buildings that are destroyed in action and the atmosphere of smoke and dirt in the air. By implementing new elements that were not possible in previous titles in the series, such as “Destruction Action,” “Aerial Musou Action,” and “Form Change,” the “ONE PIECE WARRIORS” action is more exhilarating than ever before.
Relive Drama and Unique Stories
In “Dramatic Log,” a mode that allows players to enjoy the anime stories unique to the ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS series, players can also relive the popular episodes of the ONE PIECE anime, such as the Entry to the New World Arc, the Dressrosa Arc and the Whole Cake Island Arc.
Additionally, the Wano Country Arc that is currently being aired in the anime will be depicted in the game’s original storyline. Players can experience the new adventures of the Straw Hat Crew in Wano Country, as well as the development of the story that is unique to ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS.
The First Online Four-Player Co-op Game in the ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS Series
This title supports four-player online co-op play. Players can experience four types of co-op battles – the first being the Giant Boss Battle mode, where four players fight to defeat powerful enemies that appear one after another. Other co-op battles include the Total Bounty Battle, where each player raises the bounty placed on them to proceed with the mission; the Timed Defense Battle, where players defend their team’s territory for a certain period of time while dealing with various situations; and Territory Battle, where three teams of four characters would need to fight over territory.
