Bandai Namco reveals free-to-play “Gundam Evolution” during “Gundam Evolution Presentation” a team-based first-person shooter. Currently, a closed beta test is set on PC from August 8th – 9th in Japan only.
From the presentation, there is a Gundam roster for players to choose from, and each unit has its own unique ability as well as ultimate to use in matches. The map consists of two teams (6v6) capturing the point or defending/attacking the point. (quite similar to Overwatch… but in Gundam mode?!)
The game is planned for release in 2022, there is no confirmation on which platform will be released yet.
