Galaxy S23
The most basic of the S23 lineup but still packs a Qualcomm SM8550 Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (4nm) in its arsenal nonetheless.
Camera-wise, the components looked identical to the S22 but we’ll have to see how the software handles the finishing on image quality. Thankfully, however, the S23 comes with a bigger battery at 3,900mAh compared to the older model’s 3,700mAh though it still charges on a 25W.

Galaxy S23 Ultra
You are now at the pinnacle of the S23. This is the Ultra-Zone. This is where the real difference is made – including the price tag. The mighty S23 Ultra comes with 12GB models and provides up to 1TB of storage if you need that much.
With a 6.8″ screen, the S23 Ultra is the biggest among the S23 models and a good device for those who have a good use for the Stylus, a legacy the S-Ultra models have inherited from the Note series since S22 Ultra.
There has been a huge improvement in the camera department on paper with the S22 Ultra’s 108MP Wide cam upgraded to 200MP in the S23 Ultra, providing an excellent opportunity for photography enthusiasts.
