Since we reported on the confirmed launched date, INTI CREATES has decided to show more platforming with the official second trailer for Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX. The game is set in the universe of the Azure Striker Gunvolt series and highlights more speed, new enemies and stylish 2D action; by dashing into enemies and shooting them with a photon laser gun without even aiming. Play as anti-hero Copen as the game pushes intensity to the limits but at the same time be accessible to all players.

Unlike Megaman, Gunvolt series comes with robot support named Lola which assists in “Prevasion” to nullify damage, different forms to attacks to damage enemies or “Anthem” to revive the fallen player. Scoring system is also available in each mission as a result card for some bragging rights. Lola comes with a special costume as a pre-order bonus as below.
The game will be dashing and shooting your way into PlayStation 4, Switch and PC via Steam on September 26, 2019, priced at $14.99 USD/62.57MYR.
