Werewolves, vampires, spirits and zombies return with the upcoming launch of Innistrad: Midnight Hunt, the latest set of the world’s oldest and largest TCG – Magic: The Gathering (MTG).
Launching on the 24th of September 2021, players can anticipate a nostalgic return to the supernatural gothic plane of Innistrad which debut back in 2011. The sets return to Innistrad reintroduces some new mechanics and some old mechanics but with a twist. Double-faced cards now come with Daybound/Nightbound mechanics which triggers based on events, while Humans and Spirits now come with the Coven and Disturb abilities.
Some staples such as the Delver of Secrets and Unruly Mob makes a return in this set as well. Innistrad: Midnight Hunt will also feature eternal night black and white basic lands, Equinox Framed cards, and two types of borderless cards – planeswalkers and rare dual lands.
