The Division 2’s Day One patch is Massive

The Division 2 is just around the corner and developer Massive would like you to be prepared. They have a website dedicated to informing players of what would you expect on launch day. One of those things is a Massive (pun intended) day one patch. The site stats that those who purchased physical copies of the game will have a day one patch that will be around 48-52GB on both Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4 consoles respectively.

Download and install sizes on the official site.

It also seems that Xbox One and PC final installation size is around 48-52GB while the PlayStation 4 final installation size is a Massive (sorry i can’t resist) 90GB. Whether this is a typo error not we are not sure but like Red Dead Redemption, prepared some storage space on your PlayStation 4 if you want a smooth launch day.

After that there will be another patch released on March 11 called Title Update 1.5 which fixes the audio missing and cutting out that some players were experiencing during the BETA. This patch will be around 2GB in size.

The Division 2 is planned to launch 15 March 2019 and here are the pre-load and start times for the standard edition.
