Text based post-apocalyptic simulator Simpocalypse coming to Steam this Fall

GamexGames announces its first debut project that will come to Steam this Fall. Simpocalypse,  a post-apocalyptic text-based civilization simulation game, with various challenges to survive and expand to become a global empire. Check out the pre-alpha trailer below:

The world everyone knew is gone. Players are set in the post-apocalyptic era as one of the lucky survivors, now gathering basic resources to survive and expand the post-apocalyptic settlement. Random challenges, weather conditions might change players’ settlement strategy though time, and some citizens would immediately need to focus more on the maintenance of settlement, to prevent fires, floods, viruses, or other unexpected events that might hit the settlement through time.

The combination of great maintenance, resource scavenging, citizens’ health, relatively high-rates of happiness, and ratios on productivity and efficiency, might help to build up a great army of soldiers that will further help expand the territories of players’ initial settlement. As resources are limited, a territory can become less interesting to stay for longer periods, as without proper resources, the settlement and its citizens might suffer. How will you manage your community to flourish in these tough times?

Simpocalypse will be coming to the PC via Steam this Fall, and will also be released for iOS and Android devices.
