What is PlatinumGames brewing?!
The studio behind highly-acclaimed titles like NieR Automata and Astral Chain has just launched a sub-domain on its website, “Platinum 4“.
The site shows an image of the number “4” at the top, followed by four-sections at the bottom. The first of which shows The Wonderful 101: Remastered, PlatinumGames’ upcoming game that is still incubating on Kickstarter.
Stretch Goal for The Wonderful 101: Remastered as shown in the pic. At the time of this writing, the first 3 goals have been met. We are now 14k USD shy of meeting the 4th one but with 31 Days to go, it seems almost assured that PlatinumGames will collect the 1.5million they came for, maybe even more.
The remaining 3 sections in the new site show the numbers 2,3,4 respectively, with the words “Coming Soon” teasing below. Could PlatinumGames be gunning for a Remaster Fest? Or are these totally new IPs we’ll be seeing? What about a mix of both?
God damn it, tell us already!
