The Call of Duty: Mobile Garena Invitational Battle Royale (GiBR) 2021 commences this Saturday, 19th June. Call of Duty: Mobile Garena’s premier battle royale-mode event will bring together the top 24 teams from 6 regions to compete for the US$10,000 prize pool. Get ready to witness top-notch displays of skill and teamwork as the Garena region’s mightiest teams take to the battleground!
GiBR 2021 Format
The GiBR 2021 will be played on two consecutive Saturdays – 19 June and 26 June. Both match days will start from 13:00 (GMT+8) and will feature 6 rounds played in the battle royale map “Isolated”. Match Day 1 on 19 June will be played in Third Person Prospect (TPP) mode while Match Day 2 on 26 June will be played in First Person Prospect (FPP). Teams will receive points based on their placement in each game as well as the total number of team kills.
The US$10,000 prize pool will be spread among the daily point-leading teams. Besides the team prize pool, an additional individual award – Kill Leader – will also receive a slice of the prize money.

Each region’s representatives have been invited on the basis of their performances and final placings at each of their local battle royale tournaments. The stage is now set for them to go up against their rivals from the Garena region.
Fans can catch all of the GiBR 2021 matches live on Facebook and Youtube. To better enable diverse viewers to appreciate the GiBR 2021, all of the broadcasts will be accompanied by live commentary in 4 languages – English, Indonesian, Mandarin, Thai.
