Arcade Shooter Bloodhound Heading To To PC and Consoles

Bloodhound announced by indie studio Kruger & Flint Productions, is a first-person shooter reminiscent of retro classic titles, focused on dynamic and uncompromising arcade action. In the main campaign mode, the player takes up the role of a member of a secret faction of the Templar Order and fights to stop the demonic cult of Astaroth.

It is a game created out of passion – the kind we would like to play. It’s brutal, it’s intense and there’s blood. It’s all served in a heavy, horror reminiscent atmosphere. Our main inspirations were Doom, Quake and Painkiller, but we also reached the work of Zdzisław Beksiński, rich in decay centric pieces and apocalyptic motives

A free demo has been made available on Steam. It includes one training area and it’s the first taste of what’s yet to come from Bloodhound

The final version of Bloodhound offers a campaign made of 4 acts; diverse and terrifying locations, as well as 15 types of enemies and 4 bosses. The player will be aided by 10 types of weapons (including a machete, flamethrower attached chainsaw, shotgun, railgun, crossbow, and missile launcher). The creators are in the middle of creating additional game modes (arena and multiplayer). Meanwhile, a fundraiser is running on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, meant to support the game’s further development.

    Main features:
    • Bloody and intense clashes
    • 15 types of enemies and 4 bosses
    • Various game modes
    • Satisfactory arsenal (10 weapons)
    • Blood pumping metal music (Sons of Amon).

Bloodhound is set to launch in mid-2022, on Early Access for PC (Steam). At this moment the official launch is planned for this year’s August. In 2022 the title will hit Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S and in 2023 it’s set to debut on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
